In home visit with our pharmacist to do a comprehensive medication list review and assessment of medication adherence. As trained medication experts, our pharmacists can assess potential medication safety concerns with how a patient is storing and taking medications in their home environment. After purchase we will call you to schedule the appointment. *Additional fee applies for driving distances greater than 25 minutes (one way) from the pharmacy.
