Service Description

Medication and supplement review including interactions, side effects, safety & adherence review, inhaler or injection administration coaching, and Q&A. Vaccine administration for up to 2 people (plus copay/price of vaccination). Typically a 15-20 minute visit. After purchase we will call you to schedule the appointment. *Additional fee applies for driving distances greater than 8 miles (one way) from the pharmacy.
